Our refund policy lasts 90 calendar days since item arrival. If 90 calendar days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

    For non-defective/damaged items we charge a 10% Restocking Fee.

        • Enter your order number and email address to start
        • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
        • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

          SAME CONDITION

            To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped for a return within 90 calendar days of the delivery date.

              Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the package without contacting our customer support. Contact our customer service before proceeding. Contact us now.

                To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase, please have copies at hand.

                  RETURN LABEL

                    We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request.

                      Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund deducting the 10% Restocking Fee including any shipping costs.

                        We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as requested. If not approved the same item will be dispatched back.

                          INSURANCE

                            If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

                              PARTIAL, NO REFUNDS

                                Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: All miscellaneous items, including gift cards, bags, hats, caps, belts, scarves, etc.

                                  Also, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is requested for a return more than 90 calendar days after delivery.

                                    REFUNDS

                                      We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request.

                                        Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund minus the 10% Restocking Fee including any shipping costs.

                                          We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as requested. If not approved the same item will be dispatched back.

                                            A refund is processed and sent back to the original form of payment within 3 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow 1-2 business days for the sum to appear on your account.

                                              LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

                                                If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

                                                  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at international@activeinch.com.

                                                    DEFECTED - DAMAGED

                                                      If your product arrived damaged/defected please contact us and we will issue a full refund or reship a new product without any additional costs.

                                                        You may be required to include actual visual evidence as proof in order to resend a new product again or issue a refund.

                                                          LOST IN TRANSIT

                                                            We understand that sometimes packages get lost in transit. If you do not receive your package withing over 40 business days you can choose to receive a full refund or a replacement at our expense.

                                                              GIFTS

                                                                If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

                                                                If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

                                                                  SHIPPING

                                                                    To return your product, you should contact our Active Inch customer service team at international@activeinch.com.

                                                                    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus a 10% Restocking Fee (per item) will be deducted from your refund.

                                                                    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

                                                                      COUPON CODES

                                                                        Discount codes can only be applied at the checkout page by pressing "Apply" button to see the updated total price.

                                                                          We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.

                                                                            Only one discount code can be used on a purchase.

                                                                              Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.

                                                                                CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER

                                                                                  Orders can only be canceled and minor/major changes can be made in 24 hours after the purchase. If it is more than 24 hours after the purchase, we are not eligible to cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.

                                                                                    To modify or change your order details please contact us before the end of 24 hours after the purchase and provide us with your order number and the modification you would like to make, we will confirm once the modification has been made.
